I’ve been here two times, and I’ve got to say I will be coming here more often! The owner is a gem and he’s a great person to talk to! Food is amazing and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get nice local shawarma.
Tried this place for the first time today. I got the chicken shawarma wrap and girlfriend got the shawarma poutine. I’ve longed for a chicken shawarma this good since high school and goodness me have I found it. The perfect amount of sauce and toppings in the wrap. The poutine was perfect. We were both pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back!
Best Shwarma that I have had so far. Amazing food, atmosphere and friendly service. it’s a very clean place too. Mohammed is very nice and upbeat. Falafel is the best. Will be returning regularly. It’s a must try!! Baclava falafel and chicken plate are my faves. Mango juice drink is great too.
One of the best Shawarma spots ever in all of North America. Major bonus - it’s a friendly family run restaurant, both husband and wife are extremely polite, friendly, and professional. Love their rice, and quality of chicken as well.
I come here regularly, the food is always fresh and prepared amazingly, great service and always at a great price. Have absolutely nothing negative to say about it, highly recommend to anyone that hasn’t tried it
Best Shawarma place in the city. When it’s closed, I have tried ordering at a couple different places in the city. Nothing compares!! Chicken quality is amazing, I have never ordered it and had a complaint in several years that I have been going. Seasoned to perfection, no sketchy meat, never a bad experience!
I don't know why I haven't rated this place yet! I absolutely love, love, love Shawarma Hut Plus! Hands down best Shawarma plates in the region, in my opinion. It's always busy, so I've learned to order take-out ahead of time, and it's ready when I go to pick it up. The plates are huge and created with such passion! I usually split my plate into two servings, so I am stocked for the day. Give these guys a try, you won't be disappointed. *Update: if I crave Shawarma, I only order from here. The food is delicious and the owner is one of the hardest working people I know. He cares about his customers and his family. Truly, his restaurant is a hidden gem in St. Catharines!
